V\u011bt\u0161inou se jedn\u00e1 o vozidla, kter\u00e1 p\u0159ijedou aby byla zachycena pro \u017delezni\u010dn\u00ed magaz\u00edn. Ob\u010das se jedn\u00e1 o vozidla, kter\u00e9 obohat\u00ed mou sb\u00edrku. V\u011bt\u0161ina z nich je vybalena z krabice, postavena na koleje, srdce zaples\u00e1 a hur\u00e1 do vitr\u00edny. Jsou ov\u0161em i v\u00fdjimky, tedy vozidla, kter\u00e1 budou provozov\u00e1na na koleji\u0161ti. Tyto proch\u00e1zej\u00ed p\u0159\u00edpravn\u00fdm procesem, ne\u017e vyraz\u00ed do pravideln\u00e9 slu\u017eby.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To je i p\u0159\u00edpad \u0161esti dvojd\u00edln\u00fdch klanicov\u00fdch voz\u016f \u0159ady Sggmrrs v\u00fdrobce Sudexpress ur\u010den\u00fdch pro p\u0159epravu d\u0159evn\u00ed kulatiny. Vozy budou provozov\u00e1ny v ucelen\u00e9 souprav\u011b, nep\u0159edpokl\u00e1d\u00e1 se jejich roz\u0159azov\u00e1n\u00ed a zm\u011bny pozice v souprav\u011b. Posledn\u00ed v\u016fz soupravy byl tedy opat\u0159en n\u00e1v\u011bstmi konec vlaku, nad \u0161achtu sp\u0159\u00e1hla byl dosazen h\u00e1k se \u0161roubovkou. Tak\u00e9 byly osazeny hadice pro spojen\u00ed vzduchov\u00fdch okruh\u016f mezi vozy. Ostatn\u00ed vozy v souprav\u011b z\u016fstaly bez t\u011bchto dopl\u0148k\u016f.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u00e1le byly vozy oto\u010deny koly vzh\u016fru a za\u010daly \u00fapravy podvozk\u016f a dvojkol\u00ed. Mezi podvozky a r\u00e1my voz\u016f byly z\u0159ejm\u011b omylem p\u0159i kompletaci prohozeny podlo\u017eky pod \u0161roubky. Proto byly v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed podlo\u017eky pou\u017eity pod \u0161roubky upev\u0148uj\u00edc\u00ed r\u00e1m vozidel. Men\u0161\u00ed pr\u016fm\u011br podlo\u017eek byl pou\u017eit pod \u0161roubky dr\u017e\u00edc\u00ed podvozky k r\u00e1m\u016fm. Men\u0161\u00ed podlo\u017eky p\u011bkn\u011b zapadnou do vybr\u00e1n\u00ed v podvozc\u00edch. \u0160roubek pak hezky zapadne do podvozku. Lze ho tak za\u0161roubovat dostate\u010dn\u011b pro to, aby podvozek nevypadl z r\u00e1mu, ale ne tolik, aby omezil v\u00fdkyv podvozku v\u016f\u010di r\u00e1mu v pod\u00e9ln\u00e9m sm\u011bru. Dostate\u010dn\u00e1 v\u016fle v tomto sm\u011bru je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e1 pro bezprobl\u00e9mov\u00fd provoz na koleji\u0161ti. Hlavn\u011b v \u010d\u00e1stech, kde se lom\u00ed rovina do sp\u00e1du a opa\u010dn\u011b by mal\u00e1 v\u016fle podvozku v\u016f\u010di r\u00e1mu zp\u016fsobila vykolejen\u00ed. Touto \u00fapravou pro\u0161ly v\u0161echny podvozky na v\u0161ech vozech.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u00e1le byla vyjmuta v\u0161echna dvojkol\u00ed z voz\u016f. N\u00e1sledn\u011b byla na izolovan\u00e9 stran\u011b opat\u0159ena n\u00e1t\u011brem lakem Uhlenbrock 40410, kter\u00fd propojil vnit\u0159n\u00ed stranu izolovan\u00e9ho kola s osou a druh\u00fdm kolem stejn\u00e9ho dvojkol\u00ed. T\u00edm za\u010dnou v\u0161echna dvojkol\u00ed vybavovat kolejov\u00e9 obvody, slangov\u011b \u0159e\u010deno \u0161untovat. Kdy\u017e jsou vozy provozov\u00e1ny ve stejn\u00fdch ucelen\u00fdch souprav\u00e1ch, tak sta\u010d\u00ed, aby \u0161untovala dvojkol\u00ed ne d\u00e1l od sebe, ne\u017e je nejkrat\u0161\u00ed kolejov\u00fd obvod na koleji\u0161ti, ale kdy\u017e u\u017e byly vozy na z\u00e1dech, tak pro\u0161ly touto \u00fapravou v\u0161echna dvojkol\u00ed. \u0160untuje tak v\u0161ech 36 n\u00e1prav. Ono se sice d\u00e1 \u0161untov\u00e1n\u00ed nahradit softwarov\u00fdm zad\u00e1n\u00edm d\u00e9lky vlaku v \u0159\u00edd\u00edc\u00edm programu, ale obsazov\u00e1n\u00ed a uvol\u0148ov\u00e1n\u00ed \u00fasek\u016f dvojkol\u00edmi je p\u0159esn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nakonec zb\u00fdvalo jen osadit vozy kr\u00e1tk\u00fdmi sp\u0159\u00e1hly a mohou vyrazit do provozu. \u010casem budou vozy opat\u0159eny n\u00e1kladem kulatiny, Ta je ji\u017e ulo\u017eena na skl\u00e1dce a \u010dek\u00e1 na vyschnut\u00ed. Pak bude nakr\u00e1cena na spr\u00e1vnou d\u00e9lku a ulo\u017eena do voz\u016f. Je\u0161t\u011b rozm\u00fd\u0161l\u00edm, jestli bude n\u00e1klad z cel\u00fdch kl\u00e1d, nebo je n\u011bjak uprav\u00edm. Nezd\u00e1 se to, ale cel\u00e1 souprava pln\u011b nalo\u017een\u00e1 d\u0159evem bude dost t\u011b\u017ek\u00e1. O v\u00fdrob\u011b n\u00e1kladu a jeho ulo\u017een\u00ed do voz\u016f zase n\u011bkdy jindy.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pro zaj\u00edmavost jsem k&nbsp;sob\u011b p\u0159ilo\u017eil dva vozy stejn\u00e9 konstrukce ale ur\u010den\u00e9 pro rozd\u00edln\u00e9 vyu\u017eit\u00ed.
