Ne v\u0161echny druhy d\u0159evin nab\u00edz\u00ed vhodn\u00fd materi\u00e1l. V\u011btvi\u010dky byly vyb\u00edr\u00e1ny pokud mo\u017eno rovn\u00e9, dostate\u010dn\u011b dlouh\u00e9 bez rozv\u011btven\u00ed, z\u00e1hyb\u016f a suk\u016f. Po ukon\u010den\u00ed sb\u011bru byly v\u011btvi\u010dky po svazc\u00edch ponech\u00e1ny n\u011bkolik t\u00fddn\u016f na topen\u00ed, kde vysychaly.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dlouho bylo zva\u017eov\u00e1no na jakou d\u00e9lku bude kulatina \u0159ez\u00e1na. P\u0159i studiu n\u00e1kladu na skute\u010dn\u00fdch vozech lze vypozorovat, \u017ee n\u011bkdy je na voze nalo\u017eena kulatina zab\u00edraj\u00edc\u00ed 1\/3 vozu, n\u011bkdy 1\/5, 1\/6, tedy 3,5 nebo 6 hromad za sebou s&nbsp;r\u016fzn\u011b velik\u00fdmi mezerami mezi hromadami. Vozy maj\u00ed n\u011bkdy 10 klanic rozm\u00edst\u011bn\u00fdch ve skupin\u00e1ch 3,4,3 ks, n\u011bkdy 12 ks po dvojic\u00edch pro p\u0159evoz kr\u00e1tk\u00e9 kulatiny. Modely voz\u016f Sggmrrs maj\u00ed na jednom voze 10 klanic a jsou na r\u00e1mu pevn\u011b uchyceny ve skupin\u00e1ch 3,4,3 ks. Pro prvn\u00ed vozy byla zvolena d\u00e9lka kulatiny zab\u00edraj\u00edc\u00ed 1\/3 vozu, co\u017e p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b odpov\u00edd\u00e1 d\u00e9lce 48 mm. Mezi nalo\u017een\u00fdmi hromadami bude mezera cca. 2 mm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>K d\u011blen\u00ed proschl\u00e9 kulatiny byla pou\u017eita model\u00e1\u0159sk\u00e1 stoln\u00ed pila Proxxon. S posuvnou li\u0161tou nastavenou na pot\u0159ebnou d\u00e9lku a p\u0159ipojen\u00fdm vysava\u010dem za\u010dalo d\u011blen\u00ed v\u011btvi\u010dek. P\u0159i d\u011blen\u00ed byly pr\u016fb\u011b\u017en\u011b odd\u011blov\u00e1ny suky, rozv\u011btven\u00ed a zak\u0159iven\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1sti. Z\u00e1soba v\u011btvi\u010dek se rychle zmen\u0161ovala, naopak rostla hrom\u00e1dka odpadu.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kdy\u017e p\u0159evl\u00e1dl pocit, \u017ee je&nbsp;&nbsp;na\u0159ez\u00e1no dostate\u010dn\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed kulatiny pro dva vlaky, bylo zah\u00e1jeno ukl\u00e1d\u00e1n\u00ed kulatiny na prvn\u00ed v\u016fz. Nejprve spodn\u00ed vrstvu prvn\u00ed, druh\u00e9 a t\u0159et\u00ed hromady, n\u00e1sledovalo srovn\u00e1n\u00ed mezer od \u010del vozu a mezi hromadami. Pak p\u0159i\u0161lo na \u0159adu lepidlo Duvilax, lehce na\u0159ed\u011bn\u00e9, tak aby se dalo nat\u00e1hnout do injek\u010dn\u00ed st\u0159\u00edka\u010dky. Jednotliv\u00e9 kl\u00e1dy&nbsp;&nbsp;ulo\u017een\u00e9 vedle sebe byly kapkou lepidla slepeny k&nbsp;sob\u011b. N\u00e1sledn\u011b byly pokl\u00e1d\u00e1ny dal\u0161\u00ed vrstvy kulatiny, spojeny lepidlem a tak dokola, a\u017e po horn\u00ed hranu klanic. K&nbsp;ukl\u00e1d\u00e1n\u00ed kl\u00e1d na v\u016fz dob\u0159e poslou\u017eila velk\u00e1 pinzeta v&nbsp;jedn\u00e9 ruce a skalpel na dorovn\u00e1n\u00ed v&nbsp;druh\u00e9. Nalo\u017een\u00ed prvn\u00edho dvojit\u00e9ho vozu trvalo pom\u011brn\u011b dlouho. Bylo nutno p\u0159ij\u00edt na grif jak\u00e9 kl\u00e1dy k&nbsp;sob\u011b skl\u00e1dat, aby hromada rostla rovnom\u011brn\u011b, u klanic nebyly mezery atd. Dal\u0161\u00ed vozy pak \u0161li l\u00e9pe od ruky.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Po nalo\u017een\u00ed dva a p\u016fl dvojit\u00e9ho vozu do\u0161la kulatina. Nezd\u00e1 se to, ale spot\u0159eba kulatiny na jednu dvojici vozu je pom\u011brn\u011b velk\u00e1. Tedy alespo\u0148 p\u0159i pou\u017eit\u00ed kulatiny o pr\u016fm\u011brech alespo\u0148 p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b v&nbsp;m\u011b\u0159\u00edtku podle skute\u010dnosti. Na internetech koluj\u00ed i obr\u00e1zky t\u011bchto model\u016f voz\u016f s&nbsp;n\u00e1kladem d\u0159eva o pr\u016fm\u011bru sekvoj\u00ed obrovsk\u00fdch. T\u0159i kl\u00e1dy na d\u00e9lku cel\u00e9ho vozu a v\u016fz byl pln\u00fd. Opakoval se tedy sb\u011br v\u011btvi\u010dek v&nbsp;p\u0159\u00edrod\u011b, n\u00e1sledn\u00e9 vysych\u00e1n\u00ed a \u0159ez\u00e1n\u00ed. P\u0159i d\u00e9lce kl\u00e1d 48 mm bylo pom\u011brn\u011b dost odpadu a tak na jeden a p\u016fl dvojice voz\u016f byla zvolena krat\u0161\u00ed d\u00e9lka kl\u00e1d a to 30 mm. Na jeden v\u016fz se tak ve\u0161lo p\u011bt hromad d\u0159eva.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Po dokon\u010den\u00ed ukl\u00e1dky byly vozy ponech\u00e1ny na stole, aby lepidlo spojuj\u00edc\u00ed kl\u00e1dy dostate\u010dn\u011b proschlo. N\u00e1sledn\u011b byly hromady kulatiny z&nbsp;voz\u016f vyjmuty, byly odstran\u011bny ob\u010dasn\u00e9 nepatrn\u00e9 zaschnut\u00e9 kapky lepidla z&nbsp;r\u00e1mu voz\u016f, kter\u00e9 ob\u010das pros\u00e1kly p\u0159i lepen\u00ed spodn\u00edch vrstev kl\u00e1d. N\u00e1sledn\u011b byly hromady vr\u00e1ceny zp\u011bt na vozy. P\u0159i vyj\u00edm\u00e1n\u00ed a&nbsp;&nbsp;vkl\u00e1d\u00e1n\u00ed hromady kulatiny na v\u016fz bylo t\u0159eba lehce rozt\u00e1hnout klanice od sebe, co\u017e \u0161lo lehce, bez po\u0161kozen\u00ed klanic. N\u00e1klad je tak mo\u017en\u00e9 kdykoli z&nbsp;voz\u016f vyjmout, p\u0159\u00edpadn\u011b m\u011bnit mno\u017estv\u00ed hromad na jednotliv\u00fdch vozech.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>P\u0159ed nakl\u00e1dkou kulatiny prob\u011bhlo v\u00e1\u017een\u00ed. Pr\u00e1zdn\u00fd dvojit\u00fd v\u016fz v\u00e1\u017e\u00ed 94 gram\u016f. Pln\u011b nalo\u017een\u00fd dvojit\u00fd v\u016fz v\u00e1\u017e\u00ed p\u0159es 210 gram\u016f. Lze p\u0159edpokl\u00e1dat, \u017ee n\u00e1klad bude je\u0161t\u011b vysychat a hmotnost pln\u011b lo\u017een\u00e9ho vozu m\u00edrn\u011b klesne.\u00a0Vozy jsou na koleji\u0161ti provozov\u00e1ny v\u00a0souprav\u011b p\u011bti dvojic. Pln\u011b lo\u017een\u00e1 souprava na \u010dlenit\u00e9m koleji\u0161ti s\u00a0velk\u00fdmi sp\u00e1dy tak vy\u017eaduje ta\u017een\u00ed lokomotivou s\u00a0dostate\u010dn\u011b vysokou ta\u017enou silou. P\u0159i provozn\u00edch zkou\u0161k\u00e1ch lo\u017een\u00e9 soupravy v\u00a0\u010dele s jednou\u00a0lokomotivou \u0159ady 742 doch\u00e1zelo k\u00a0prokluzu kol a zastaven\u00ed vlaku ve stoup\u00e1n\u00edch. N\u00e1sledn\u011b byla do \u010dela vlaku zav\u011b\u0161ena lokomotiva elektrick\u00e9 trakce s v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed hmotnost\u00ed a s\u00a0gumov\u00fdmi band\u00e1\u017eemi na jedn\u00e9 n\u00e1prav\u011b. Ta si se soupravou porad\u00ed i na \u00fasec\u00edch s\u00a0nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00edm stoup\u00e1n\u00edm. P\u0159i zku\u0161ebn\u00edch j\u00edzd\u00e1ch bylo tak\u00e9 pozorov\u00e1no chov\u00e1n\u00ed prvn\u00ed dvojice sp\u0159\u00e1hel mezi lokomotivou a prvn\u00edm vozem p\u0159i j\u00edzd\u011b v\u00a0oblouku a z\u00e1rove\u0148 ve sp\u00e1du. U dlouh\u00fdch t\u011b\u017ek\u00fdch souprav ob\u010das doch\u00e1zelo p\u0159i pou\u017eit\u00ed o\u010dkov\u00fdch sp\u0159\u00e1hel k\u00a0jejich vybo\u010den\u00ed, kdy\u017e se souprava p\u0159i j\u00edzd\u011b po sp\u00e1du natla\u010dila na lokomotivu.
