Bylo jich v\u0161ak m\u00e1lo a v\u00fdrobu dal\u0161\u00edch chyb\u011bj\u00edc\u00edch kus\u016f jsem odkl\u00e1dal. Vyr\u00e1b\u011bl jsem je ru\u010dn\u011b, ka\u017ed\u00fd kus byl tak trochu origin\u00e1l, vlastn\u011b se mi ani moc nepovedly.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ned\u00e1vno se na s\u00edti S\u017d za\u010daly objevovat&nbsp;&nbsp;bal\u00edzy chr\u00e1n\u011bn\u00e9 proti po\u0161kozen\u00ed kryty A\u017dD TYP RailSWing BAT-12. To byl impulz k&nbsp;v\u00fdm\u011bn\u011b p\u016fvodn\u00edch bal\u00edz syst\u00e9mu ETCS za profesion\u00e1ln\u011bj\u0161\u00ed proveden\u00ed.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nechal jsem si&nbsp;&nbsp;bal\u00edzy&nbsp;&nbsp;i s kryty&nbsp;&nbsp;vyrobit na 3D tisk\u00e1rn\u011b.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cel\u00e1 sestava se skl\u00e1d\u00e1 ze t\u0159\u00ed \u010d\u00e1st\u00ed. Samotn\u00e9 bal\u00edzy syst\u00e9mu ETCS, ty\u010de pro uchycen\u00ed bal\u00edzy k&nbsp;pra\u017ec\u016fm a z&nbsp;krytu TYP RailSWing BAT-12. Ka\u017ed\u00fd d\u00edl by po vytisknut\u00ed zbaven p\u0159etok\u016f a ot\u0159ep\u016f. N\u00e1sledn\u011b prob\u011bhla kompletace cel\u00e9 sestavy v&nbsp;jeden celek.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sestava ov\u0161em vypadala po slo\u017een\u00ed a\u017e p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 nov\u011b. Ve skute\u010dnosti takto&nbsp;&nbsp;nov\u011b vypad\u00e1 jen n\u011bkolik dn\u016f, ne\u017e za\u010dne na jej\u00edm povrchu ulp\u00edvat provozn\u00ed patina a \u0161p\u00edna. Tohoto vzhledu jsem cht\u011bl tak\u00e9 doc\u00edlit . P\u0159ilepil jsem tedy sestavy bal\u00edz oboustrannou lep\u00edc\u00ed p\u00e1skou na lakovac\u00ed to\u010dnu a ka\u017edou bal\u00edzu pak v\u00edce nebo m\u00e9n\u011b nat\u0159el ne\u0159ed\u011bnou barvou Agama, odst\u00edn rez. Po zaschnut\u00ed jsem cel\u00e9 sestavy p\u0159est\u0159\u00edkal stejnou barvou Agama odst\u00edn rez, jen velmi z\u0159ed\u011bnou. T\u00edm bylo doc\u00edleno provozn\u00edho za\u0161pin\u011bn\u00ed, lehce odli\u0161n\u00e9ho u ka\u017ed\u00e9 sestavy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V&nbsp;dal\u0161\u00ed f\u00e1zi jsem se v\u011bnoval \u00faprav\u011b koleji\u0161t\u011b v&nbsp;prostoru u n\u00e1v\u011bstidel. V&nbsp;minulosti jsem na n\u011bkter\u00e9 koleje um\u00edstil MIB (&nbsp;Modul\u00e1rn\u00ed Integrovan\u00e9 Blokov\u00e9 za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed)&nbsp;&nbsp;pro AVV syst\u00e9m. Ty mi ale nyn\u00ed p\u0159ek\u00e1\u017eely v&nbsp;um\u00edst\u011bn\u00ed bal\u00edz co nejbl\u00ed\u017ee n\u00e1v\u011bstidel. Jist\u011b, ne v\u0161ude jsou ETCS bal\u00edzy p\u0159\u00edmo u n\u00e1v\u011bstidel, n\u011bkde jsou k&nbsp;nim bl\u00ed\u017ee pr\u00e1v\u011b MIB a pak a\u017e ETCS bal\u00edzy. Jevilo se mi v\u0161ak, \u017ee MIB body jsou na koleji\u0161ti a\u017e&nbsp;&nbsp;p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 dlouh\u00e9. Kdy\u017e jsem je vyr\u00e1b\u011bl, tak jsem jejich d\u00e9lku ur\u010dil p\u0159esn\u011b podle po\u010dtu pra\u017ec\u016f, na kter\u00fdch spo\u010d\u00edvaj\u00ed&nbsp;&nbsp;ve skute\u010dnosti. Nicm\u00e9n\u011b na koleji\u0161ti vypadaly nepat\u0159i\u010dn\u011b dlouh\u00e9. Z\u0159ejm\u011b to bude t\u00edm, \u017ee pra\u017ece u kolejiva PECO Code 100 a rozte\u010de mezi pra\u017eci&nbsp;&nbsp;jsou v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e by odpov\u00eddalo p\u0159esn\u00e9mu p\u0159epo\u010dtu skute\u010dn\u00fdch rozm\u011br\u016f pra\u017ec\u016f a jejich rozte\u010d\u00ed. Odstranil jsem tak v\u0161echny p\u016fvodn\u00ed bal\u00edzy bez kryt\u016f a v\u0161echny MIB body na cel\u00e9m koleji\u0161ti. S&nbsp;bal\u00edzami a hlavn\u011b p\u016fvodn\u00edmi MIB \u0161la bohu\u017eel pry\u010d i p\u016fvodn\u00ed patina kolejov\u00e9ho lo\u017ee. Ve\u0161ker\u00e1 takto po\u0161kozen\u00e1 m\u00edsta po demont\u00e1\u017e\u00edch jsem proto n\u011bkolikr\u00e1t p\u0159est\u0159\u00edkal z\u0159ed\u011bnou barvou Agama odst\u00edn rez. Po zaschnut\u00ed&nbsp;&nbsp;jednotliv\u00fdch vrstev prob\u011bhlo o\u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed kolejnicov\u00fdch p\u00e1s\u016f od nanesen\u00e9 barvy.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00e1sledn\u011b byla zah\u00e1jena instalace nov\u00fdch sestav bal\u00edz a&nbsp;&nbsp;jejich kryt\u016f. U hlavn\u00edch n\u00e1v\u011bstidel jsem um\u00edstil dvojici sestav, u se\u0159a\u010fovac\u00edch n\u00e1v\u011bstidel po jedn\u00e9 sestav\u011b. Na stani\u010dn\u00edch kolej\u00edch jsou um\u00edst\u011bny dal\u0161\u00ed kusy. D\u00e1le byly sestavy um\u00edst\u011bny i na \u0161irou tra\u0165. Na cel\u00e9m koleji\u0161ti je tak nyn\u00ed um\u00edst\u011bno 86 ks ETCS sestav.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pot\u00e9 jsem se v\u011bnoval \u00faprav\u011b MIB bod\u016f. N\u011bkter\u00e9 se mi p\u0159i demont\u00e1\u017ei poda\u0159ilo zachovat nepo\u0161kozen\u00e9. Ty jsem jen zkr\u00e1til. N\u011bkter\u00e9 se bohu\u017eel zlomily, nebo jinak po\u0161kodily. Bylo tak nutn\u00e9 vyrobit nov\u00e9 kusy. Stejn\u011b jako v&nbsp;minulosti i nyn\u00ed byla k&nbsp;jejich v\u00fdrob\u011b pou\u017eita balza, na\u0159ezan\u00e1 na \u00fazk\u00e9 prou\u017eky. Konce tr\u00e1mc\u016f byly smirkov\u00fdm pap\u00edrem zkoseny. Pot\u00e9 n\u00e1sledovalo do\u010dasn\u00e9 p\u0159ilepen\u00ed pomoc\u00ed oboustrann\u00e9 lep\u00edc\u00ed p\u00e1sky na lakovac\u00ed to\u010dnu. N\u00e1sledn\u011b prob\u011bhl dvojit\u00fd n\u00e1st\u0159ik \u010dernou barvou a pak po zaschnut\u00ed je\u0161t\u011b jeden n\u00e1st\u0159ik tentokr\u00e1t odst\u00ednem rzi, pro z\u00edsk\u00e1n\u00ed patiny.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pot\u00e9 byly MIB body postupn\u011b osazeny zp\u011bt do koleji\u0161t\u011b, nyn\u00ed d\u00e1le od n\u00e1v\u011bstidel, a\u017e za bal\u00edzy ETCS. Cel\u00fd v\u00fd\u0161e popsan\u00fd postup byl dokumentov\u00e1n a je patrn\u00fd na fotografi\u00edch pod t\u00edmto \u010dl\u00e1nkem.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u011bkdy v\u00a0budoucnu budou na koleji\u0161t\u011b um\u00edst\u011bny dva sto\u017e\u00e1ry s\u00a0ant\u00e9nami r\u00e1dio blokov\u00fdch centr\u00e1l.
