Ud\u011blal jsem men\u0161\u00ed pokrok a tak v\u00e1s sezn\u00e1m\u00edm co &#8220;mast\u00edm&#8221; \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p>Za\u010dnu tunelov\u00fdm port\u00e1lem. Vlastn\u011b d\u011bl\u00e1m soub\u011b\u017en\u011b na t\u0159ech. Jako vzor mi poslou\u017eili skute\u010dn\u00e9 port\u00e1ly na trati mezi kolem Kras\u00edkova. Prvn\u00ed z nich je port\u00e1l\u00a0 tunelu Hn\u011bvkov II. Na modelu bude um\u00edst\u011bn hned za\u00a0prav\u00fdm zhlav\u00edm Otrokovic.\u00a0Model nebude m\u00edt\u00a0p\u0159esn\u011b stejn\u00fd tvar jako jeho vzor, proto\u017ee mi na lev\u00e9 stran\u011b nezb\u00fdv\u00e1 dost m\u00edsta. Op\u011brka bude\u00a0v prav\u00e9m \u00fahlu k rou\u0159e.\u00a0Na fotk\u00e1ch\u00a0uvid\u00edte postupn\u011b v\u00fdrobu port\u00e1lu,jeho skl\u00e1d\u00e1n\u00ed z n\u011bkolika \u010d\u00e1st\u00ed. Nap\u0159ed jsem\u00a0v\u00a0plastovov\u00e9 desti\u010dce vy\u0159\u00edzl pr\u016fjezdn\u00fd profil,pak rozkreslil sp\u00e1ry betonov\u00e9 st\u011bny.Potom jsem z ten\u0161\u00ed desti\u010dky vy\u0159ezal v\u0161echna pole a na z\u00e1kladn\u00ed desku je nalepil. N\u00e1sledn\u011b troj\u016fheln\u00edkov\u00fdm piln\u00ed\u010dkem projel a srovnal sp\u00e1ry. Potom p\u0159i\u0161ly na \u0159adu bo\u010dn\u00ed a horn\u00ed strany port\u00e1lu.Ty jsem\u00a0vyrobil z balzy.\u00a0N\u00e1sledn\u011b cel\u00fd port\u00e1l slepil a :-O jak je velk\u00fd \ud83d\ude00\u00a0 Ale l\u00edb\u00ed sem\u00a0mi. Dal\u0161\u00ed z port\u00e1l\u016f m\u00e1 sv\u016fj vzor\u00a0na opa\u010dn\u00e9 stran\u011b\u00a0tunelu\u00a0Hn\u011bvkov II.\u00a0Na koleji\u0161ti\u00a0se z n\u011bj a do n\u011bj bude vj\u00ed\u017ed\u011bt do &#8220;tobog\u00e1nu&#8221; vlevo, pod stanic\u00ed Vizovice. Ten mi dal zabrat \ud83d\ude42\u00a0P\u0159ed t\u00edmto fin\u00e1ln\u00edm, jsem u\u017e\u00a0 vyrobil 2 prototypy.\u00a0Nemohl jsem se dopracovat k plynul\u00e9mu p\u0159echodu oblouku ve vrcholu port\u00e1lu.\u00a0Komplikac\u00ed tak\u00e9 bylo to, \u017ee nem\u00e1 ob\u011b strany stejn\u00e9. Lev\u00e1 je\u00a0o dost del\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e prav\u00e1 strana. No,\u00a0ale nakonec se to povedlo. Posu\u010fte sami na fotk\u00e1ch.\u00a0Dal\u0161\u00edm &#8220;z\u00e1drhelem&#8221;\u00a0jak vyrobit\u00a0&#8221; tlou\u0161ku&#8221; st\u011bn\u00a0port\u00e1lu. Nap\u0159ed jsem zkusil na plast,kter\u00fd je z\u00e1klad nast\u0159\u00edkat mont\u00e1\u017en\u00ed p\u011bnu a tu jsem po vytvrdnut\u00ed se\u0159ez\u00e1val. No v\u00fdsledek m\u011b neuspokojoval, tvar nebyl pravideln\u00fd a nav\u00edc\u00a0je p\u011bna pom\u011brn\u011b m\u011bkk\u00e1. U\u017e jsem nev\u011bd\u011bl co by a tak jsem \u00a0se vypravil do Obi a\u00a0\u0161mejdil, z \u010deho jen by to \u0161lo. Cht\u011bl jsem n\u011bjakou pry\u017e\u00a0o \u0161\u00ed\u0159ce tak 8 mm, ale nic. A kdy\u017e jsem\u00a0n\u011bco objevil,tak to bylo m\u00e1lo ohebn\u00e9. Nakonec mi padl do o\u010d\u00ed korek. Koupil jsem jeden bal\u00ed\u010dek tl.2 mm a vyrazil zkou\u0161et.\u00a0Nalepil jsem postupn\u011b na sebe\u00a04 vrstvy a pak se\u0159ez\u00e1val skalpelem pot\u0159ebn\u00e9ho\u00a0tvaru.\u00a0Pak m\u00edrn\u011b doladil piln\u00edkem, nanesl a vybrousil n\u011bkolik vrstev tmelu a mysl\u00edm,\u017ee v\u00fdsledek je dobr\u00fd. Stejn\u00fdm zp\u016fsobem jsem postupoval i\u00a0u t\u0159et\u00edho port\u00e1lu. Jeho vzorem mi byl Hn\u011bvkov I. Po pokusech se druh\u00fdm port\u00e1lem mi v\u00fdroba tohoto \u0161la sama:-) Nav\u00edc m\u00e1 soum\u011brn\u00e9 op\u011brn\u00e9 st\u011bny na obou stran\u00e1ch.\u00a0Jeho m\u00edsto na koleji\u0161ti\u00a0si tipn\u011bte \ud83d\ude42 V sou\u010dasnosti\u00a0port\u00e1ly st\u0159\u00edk\u00e1m.\u00a0K lev\u00e9mu port\u00e1lu z Otrokovic\u00a0jsem vyr\u00e1b\u011bl &#8220;kousek tunelov\u00e9 roury&#8221; To bylo d\u00edlo! Tra\u0165 v tomto m\u00edst\u011b kles\u00e1, je v ost\u00e9m\u00a0oblouku a roura navazuje na \u0161ikm\u00fd port\u00e1l.\u00a0U\u010dinil jsem n\u011bkolik pokus\u016f jak\u00a0se s t\u00edm poprat. Fin\u00e1ln\u00ed verze je z s\u00e1dry. Na \u0159eza\u010dce polystyr\u00e9nu jsem vyrobil\u00a0obrysy roury, ty pak poskl\u00e1dal\u00a0 na koleje, p\u0159elepil p\u00e1skou a nanesl s\u00e1dru.Po vytvrdnut\u00ed jsem\u00a0krun\u00fd\u0159 odebral a nyn\u00ed \u010dek\u00e1 na opracov\u00e1n\u00ed.Dal\u0161\u00ed \u010dinnost\u00a0byla\u00a0kolem koleji\u0161t\u011b.\u00a0Z 6 mm\u00a0p\u0159ekli\u017eek jsem vytvo\u0159il obvod, se\u0159ezal podle inspirace a p\u0159i\u0161rouboval je k r\u00e1mu. U\u017e se bl\u00ed\u017e\u00edm k okam\u017eiku, kdy za\u010dnu s krajinou, ale nap\u0159ed budu\u00a0je\u0161t\u011b vyr\u00e1b\u011bt a osazovat &#8220;trolejov\u00fd dr\u00e1t ve skryt\u00fdch \u010d\u00e1stech.\u00a0Chci jezdit- aspo\u0148 ob\u010das se zvedl\u00fdma smet\u00e1kama a tak m\u00edsta s ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed podjezdnou v\u00fd\u0161kou ne\u017e je \u00fapln\u011b\u00a0zvedl\u00fd pantograf mus\u00edm takto vybavit. Taky m\u00edrn\u011b pokro\u010dil most\u00a0na vedlej\u0161\u00ed trati.\u00a0 Na podlahu jsem nalepil\u00a0lept imituj\u00edc\u00ed ocelov\u00fd plech, zat\u00edm jen po stran\u00e1ch, po osazen\u00ed koleje\u00a0p\u0159\u00edjde i mezi pra\u017ece.\u00a0Most\u00a0u\u017e tak\u00e9\u00a0dostal z\u00e1kladn\u00ed n\u00e1t\u011br.\u00a0Pro dne\u0161ek zat\u00edm v\u0161e, mrkn\u011bte na fotky v galerii.
